Edible oil for human consumption from carces of dead animals?

few months back it was in the leading news channels as a late night story about edible oil being extracted from carc of dead animals around cities like hyderabad and ghaziabad and oil being used by big and small hoteliers/small shopkeepers, all around the country ,as it being very cheap and profit margins are high at the end of the day for the supplier and the buyer. this is all happening with the connivance of higher authorities. IS THIS TRUE? IF YES THEN WHERE CAN I GET TO KNOW DETAILS ABOUT IT ON THE NET? IT IS SAD THAT I M A DIE HARD VEGGIE. I WISH I CUD B A NONVEGGIE. THANX IN ANTICIPATION PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
