Trying to lose body fat, diet tips?
I'm a 18 year old male, and I'm trying to lower my body fat percentage. I've begun working out very regularly, about 4-5 times a week. I work on strength/m building so I do sets of 5 about 8 reps. Day 1 Chest, Day 2 Arms, Day 3 Legs/Back. Each day I try and do an ab workout (Ab ripper X from P90X) and at least 10 minutes of cardio after the weights. So I was wondering what's the best way to maximize body fat loss. I don't follow a very strict diet, but during meals I try and eat little starchy foods and more of protein. If there are overall dietary tips or cardio tips that would help me lose that body fat, I'd like to hear them! I think I'm at about 17 percent body fat, if that makes a difference.
