If conserving energy would save the life of just one US soldier, would you do it?

Yes...That is a no brainer..Of course, we are alredy doing quite a bit. Now out here in Ca they are asking for a 20 % cutback in water use as well. Pretty tough for those of that cut back as a wayt of life. When you are already using less than 200 gal per day it is pretty tough to cut.
