I found an old police badge is it worth money?

i found a civil defense badge from newton county indiana underneath the floor in my kitchen. it has an eagle on the top, looks and sounds like silver, alls it says is newton - cty civil defense ind. and in the middle there is a blue circle with a white triangle on it and the letters CD in red (probably meaning civil defense) im not good on history but i would like to know if i have something valuable or not??
