How to use a heuristic & algorithm for directions: I'm suppose to describe how I would solve problems below:

I will give you the exact question I have & don't use this because I'm trying to learn. I am basically suppose to use a heuristic & algorithm to help someone find laundry detergent at Wal-Mart. I'm suppose to have no idea where the detergent is but to use an algorithm & a heuristic to solve the problem of locating the detergent. anyone??
