My Huawei Ascend Android wont download apps at 3G only on Wifi?

My Huawei Ascend from Cricket isn't letting me download apps from the android market with 3G but i can browse the web and stuff.. When i try on Wifi it lets me download from the market so it will only work on wifi? How do i fix this? I just got my phone yesterday
