Extremely fantastic clothes for young ladies?

Where can you find some great boots 91/2 wide width and 81/2 wide for the winter for a reasonable price. Also, some pretty skirts, blouses designer belts w/silk(sparkles,lavender, cream, brown, etc). Hats (suede, white, bluepurple, brown, etc). Lace gloves with beautiful patteners. Some nice stuckings with cute designs and some excellent sweaters and scarfs not to mention some cool slippers. Wouldn't hurt to see what type of warm coats are available as well. Any and ALL information is great.
