I'm 52 & am 1 year into menopause. Since starting menopause, I am breaking out terribly.?

Big, hard bumps that take forever to go away & when 1 does go away there's 1 right behind it. My skin is blotchy, uneven & embarring. Years ago I went to a dermatologist & he put me on tetracycline which I still use as needed today. However, I can't afford to go see a dermatologist again. In the meantime, any suggestions? Anything for uneven, blotchy, dark circles under eyes & just plain bad skin? I'm 52!! I shouldn' have these problems! Should !?
