I believe I just won on the National Lotto instant wins, but the game said - sorry better luck next time?

Has this happened to anyone else? Because the amount was thousands and I'm furious. I rarely do these instant win things on line, but I just had a dabble cos I felt lucky. I've mailed them, but I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced anything like this?
