I need some ideas for Baseball in-game promotions/entertainment?

I'm marketing for a professional baseball team and we're coming up with ideas for in-game and on-field promotions (mascot skits, cams, fan involvement, etc) to make the games more entertaining and encourage people to come to the games . I'm looking for ideas that are fun and entertaining. Any ideas? I'll pick the best one as best answer.
