My brother wants to move out, why do i feel guilty?

First off, it's not your fault. He's just being independent, he wants to be a man. But the thing is, he's still a teen. He can't get his own place, he needs to be +18. Unless someone was to sign it for him. But an after school job won't pay for the bills and utilities nor food all at once. He'll end up having to drop out of school to make a living.. Just sit him down nicely and tell the kid you an your ol man don't want him to leave and that he's not a burden on you's. You two love having him there. And tell him how it is, how hard it would be him being on his own with a part time job and school for a 15 yr old.
