Problems Signing into Yahoo Groups?

One of the moderators of a group where I'm also a moderator is having problems with Yahoo Groups. The problems started when she had to reset her pword. She then could get in, but she wasn't being recognized as a member of the group we moderate together. She is now getting redirected to the Yahoo Groups sign in page. Any suggestions on how she can get into the group and be recognized as a member? Thanks in advance!
