Red blotchy skin around arm-pit.?

I have a total of 10 spot in all....Rachael A wanted more info...Its not painful..not itchy at all...seems to be a little dry skin in the area. I have not been in the sun...have not shaved the area..and shower every day. They have gotten steadily worse over the past 4 days and are about twice the size of a pencil eraser. I would like to try something over the counter...save me a trip to the doc.
