Does it surprise anyone that Kerry wants changes to the Law that would stop Fox from making deals to broadcast?

Sen. John Kerry, D-M. pledged to see what laws needed changing after Fox and Time Warner reached a deal to continue broadcasting Fox. Does anyone really believe he is not looking for a way to censor, or offer the fairness act all over again? It it was a Lib station, would Media or Dems even mentioned the deal
