How long would it take to digest 3ml of egg white?

oks so i did an experiment at school where we put 3ml of egg white in a test tube with 2 drops of HCL (hydrochloric acid ) to simulate the pH of a stomach then put the test tubes in different temperatures of water to see what worked faster. I need to know how long it would take to digest like 3ml of egg white in the human body as we ran out of time and couldn't finish our experiment. Thanks :)
