Mom going crazy?

Ok my mom is going through menopause, and well she is flipping nuts. She is taking my dads hard earned cash and spending it on her "friends" family and their grandchild (who does not live with them) I mean that is OUR food don't go and spend it on another family cuz we cant afford it, she lies about everything lately. She just started smoking and shes never smoked before, she takes pills that she does not need ot take, she use to take them with alcohol but we quit that. She has been sun tanning for some reason non stop for like 10 hours in the sun each day. She is really losing it, she doesn't clean, doesn't do nothing anymore doesn't cook. She bought groceries today and the list was from a 5'5 person down to the floor. And almost all of that went to the other family, there is 4 of us, there is 3 of them? She doesn't seem to care about anything anymore, not even my dad. Doctors don't help they just give her more pills. Please i am losing it myself!
